On the very day when his father, a distinguished Police Officer is decorated with the Police Medal for bravery and meritorious service, little Anup has the misfortune to see him being belaboured and murdered by a notorious gang of smugglers led by Mr. Bakshi. The reason being the same Police Officer blasted the gang and Mr. Bakshi with few others were unable to operate in India anymore. Before leaving the country they had their revenge.

Anup grows up and the memory of his dear father and gangsters brutal attack keeps troubling him all the time and he vows to bring the culprits to book. In due course, he becomes an expert Motor-cyclist and an allround sportsman.

An International Motorcycling event takes him to the states. He comes to know that a few of the gangsters are operating there. With clever ingenuity he liquidates two of them and also comes to know that Mr. Bakshi is operating from Spain. He decides to go there and trace Mr. Bakshi. But there he finds him livingin a veritable castle and well protected by his bodyguards. From Reena, an Indian girl employed there, he comes to know about Seema, the only daughter of Bakshi studying in France. He then decides to meet Seema and through her makes a deal with Mr. Bakshi.

In the meantime, the gangsters employ a private detective Mr. Gupta to track down Anup Working on clues, Mr. Gupta comes to the conclusion that the person after the gangsters could be none other than Anup knowing well that he is the son of the murdered Police Officer. He also follows Anup from place to place but is unable to meet him in person.

Anup kidnaps Seema from her school in France and takes her to a secluded place from where she cannot communicate with anyone. In spite of her captivity Seema falls in love with Anup finding him to be a simple, straight forward and decent sort of a boy.

Finally he confronts his and the country's greatest enemy ever Mr. Bakshi and his henchmen in a Bull fight arena. This meeting is followed by one fo the most sensational and thrilling chase between Anup and the hoollums. Anup, deft on his motorbike leads them a merry dance and eventually in an exclusive climax Baksi meets his end by a fatal accident. The other notorious gangmen are caught by Interpol with Anup's help.

But what about Seema? Did she meet Anup again? And did Mr. Gupta succeed in tracking down Anup? Did Anup return to India?
